Article 6 The tenderee (bidding agency) handles the registration of the vacancy transaction for the key project included in the "green channel" and "delayed service"，The missing project registration information should be completed and uploaded to the trading center online trading platform before the project bid opening，The trading center that fails to complete the relevant transaction registration information within the prescribed time will truthfully record and report to the relevant administrative supervision department。
